FX/Fixed Income trading platforms; Linux/Unix shell scripting; SQL; Python/Perl/TCL; ITIL; FIX protocol; financial services environment experience; Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Finance

Responsibilities
Provide technical/functional support for trading applications; troubleshoot front-office issues; collaborate with developers and BAs; manage incident resolution; support global follow-the-sun model
