Senior Service Reliability Specialist

Job Overview
Ensures reliability, availability and performance of enterprise services by applying SRE principles. Works closely with engineering teams to reduce operational risk and improve service resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, experience in site reliability engineering or operations, strong troubleshooting skills, experience with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, automation and incident management.

Responsibilities
Improve service reliability, lead incident response, implement monitoring and alerting, analyze system failures, drive automation initiatives and collaborate with development teams on reliability improvements.
