This role supports scalability, reliability, and security of Kubernetes-heavy infrastructure and cloud services as the company grows and meets SOC 2 compliance demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 3-5 years in production infrastructure/DevOps/SRE roles; 2+ years Kubernetes experience; strong with Terraform, Helm, Docker; CI/CD pipeline expertise (Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab); AWS proficiency (EKS, RDS, IAM); scripting in Bash/Python; monitoring stacks knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka; networking and security skills, SOC 2 compliance awareness.

Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes clusters; build Helm charts, Terraform modules, and CI/CD pipelines; support development and ML teams on AWS/Azure; containerize workloads with Docker; automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Helm, Ansible; enhance monitoring and observability; support SOC 2 security compliance; troubleshoot incidents and conduct root cause analyses; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor engineers; stay updated with cloud and automation trends and propose new tools.
